Amer Saleh al-Obaidi, 65, is settling into an apartment on Des Moines' north side after he and his family arrived in Iowa in August. The artist, who established a successful career in his native Iraq, hopes to find a market for his work here in the United States. One of his paintings recently sold at auction for $43,750. That is really awesome
so i dont know where else to write this comment
but i need help on my theme.
my idea of world cultures seems like it would become repetitive but then just plain culture seems too much. can patterns be a theme? reoccurring patterns of some sort??

Bianca, look two posts down at 'Theme, Theme, Theme!' as an ideal place to write about help with themes.

Patterns can be a theme, could you explain it a bit, like what made you think of the idea and where you are trying to go with the theme of patterns.
